Today marks the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is proud to be working to ensure the inclusion of individuals with disabilities by federal contractors in all aspects of employment, including equal opportunity and non-discrimination in hiring, compensation, and promotions.

At OFCCP, we promote disability inclusion by enforcing Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. OFCCP provides comprehensive compliance assistance to help federal contractors exceed the nationwide goal for at least 7% of their workforce to comprise persons with disabilities, and we eliminate employment discrimination when we find it.
