Today marks the first anniversary of the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia affirming that LGBTQ+ individuals are entitled to anti-discrimination protections under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This Pride Month, OFCCP honors the courageous LGBTQ+ champions and allies who have tirelessly advocated on behalf of LGBTQ+ communities for full equality in all spheres of life.
