OFCCP recently announced that it would be conducting focused reviews on promotions and accommodations. To help contractors understand how these focus reviews will be conducted and provide compliance assistance to help federal contractors understand and meet their equal employment opportunity obligations, OFCCP is launching new landing pages for Promotions Focused Reviews and Accommodations Focused Reviews.

In the coming months, OFCCP will update the pages to include best practices and other types of resources for both types of focused reviews.
