The Intermountain Fair Housing Council has created a one-stop resource, a Language Access Guide tab with a drop-down menu for those wanting to learn more about how to bring their operation into compliance and improve access for those persons who are limited English proficient. The Guide has information for the Civil Rights Act’s Title VI (federally assisted housing providers) and Title VIII (the “Fair Housing Act” covering both assisted and non-assisted housing providers).
