USCIS is automatically extending through April 2, 2019, the validity of EADs with the category code “A-12” or “C-19” and an expiration date of 11/02/2017 or 11/02/2018 that USCIS issued under the TPS designation of Sudan to individuals who continue to maintain TPS eligibility.
TPS Sudan beneficiaries who applied for but have not yet received their new EADs are also covered by this automatic extension, if the EAD they possess contains an expiration date of 11/02/2017 or 11/02/2018.

TPS Nicaragua beneficiaries who applied for but have not yet received their new EADs are also covered by this automatic extension, if the EAD they possess contains an expiration date of 01/05/1018 or 01/05/2019.
